“We rented the upper apartment/suite of the complex for 4 consecutive years, for 2-3 month periods during December to March. The apartment was clean and tidy and had abundant space. It was fully furnished with all expected facilities, including two separate bathrooms. The owners, Siegfried and Margarita, who lived on site, were pleasant and helpful, and when problems occurred they attended to them immediately.The veranda and the courtyard were pleasant and contained various local trees and other plants.The apartment was safe and was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and stores.” Sincerely, James & Louise -Tsawwassen, BC.
